This list gets nothing but announcements for new releases of curl and libcurl. This means only source code archive releases as provided by the project. Binary packages are not dealt with here.

To post a message to all the curl-announce list members, send email to curl-announce@cool.haxx.se. You must be subscribed before you post, as otherwise your mail will simply be silently discarded.
